1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter 3/4 c. melted butter 2 c. confectioners' sugar 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1. Melt butter. 2. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler (do not let water boil). 3. Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and confectioners' sugar in bowl, using wooden spoon. 4. Press peanut butter, etc. mixture into 9"x13" pan. 5. Spread melted chocolate chips on top of mixture. 6. Cool at room temperature. 7. When chocolate is hardened, cut into bars. |
