KEN'S TOMATO SOUP CAKE | |
1 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1 lg. tbsp. butter Cream together. Sift together and mix with above ingredients. 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Add 1 can condensed tomato soup. Pour into a 8 x 8 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting and serve. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 stick butter 8 oz. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Beat with mixer until smooth. |
