BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE 
3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 lb. butter, room temperature
1 c. flour

Cream cheese and butter together. Add flour and mix. Press into greased 10 inch pie plate.

FILLING:

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
5 eggs
1 c. Half and Half
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cook and drained

Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. In blender, combine eggs, Half and Half, milk, salt and pepper. To assemble, place mushrooms and onions in bottom of crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg and milk mixture over top and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
