PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pork chops
1 c. rice (NOT Minute)
1 c. beef bouillon
1 can cut up tomatoes
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Slices of green pepper and onion

Season chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper and brown in a skillet. Place uncooked rice in a large casserole dish and place chops on top. Cover with green pepper and onions, pour bouillon and tomatoes over top. Cover with foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
