PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
6 pork chops
2 onions
2 bell peppers
2 tomatoes
2 cans beef consomme

Place rice in bottom of long oblong casserole dish. Place chops on rice and on each chop, stack onions and sliced pepper rings and tomato slices. Pour consomme on top.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Complete meat in itself.
