WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean pork sausage, browned
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. red or green peppers
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. uncooked wild rice or brown rice and white rice mixed to make 1 c.
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 box Lipton soup mix (noodle)

Saute celery, onions, peppers, and mushrooms lightly. Drain off fat. Add rest of ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch casserole. Pour 4 1/2 cups boiling water over above ingredients, cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
