WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
3 boxes UNCLE BEN'S® long and wild herb rice, cooked as directed on box
1 lb. sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
8 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced
4 oz. red peppers, sliced
Ripe olives

Brown sausage, saute onions and celery in butter. Bake in buttered casserole 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
