MARY'S SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (2 1/2 cans)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. butter

Mix ingredients well. Put in 2 quart casserole. Mix topping ingredients and add to casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.
