BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
6 tbsp. flour
2 lb. ricotta or sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Cheddar, cubed
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, defrosted & drained
2 sm. onions, chopped

In order given, put in mixer and beat until blended. Place in 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 10-12.
