TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
Garlic salt
Salt and pepper
2 green peppers, chopped
3-4 tomatoes, chopped
1 can sm. black olives
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bag nacho chips
1 lg. bottle Catalina French dressing

Brown and season ground meat and garlic salt, salt and pepper. Drain well and let cool. Add peppers, tomatoes, olives, and lettuce. Then add 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese. Crush large bag nachos and add. Mix well and last add large bottle Catalina French dressing.
