SALAD 
1 can cranberry sauce or jelly
1 env. plain gelatine
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced apple
1 tbsp. chopped nutmeats

Heat 1 can cranberry sauce or jelly to boiling. Add 1 envelope plain gelatine softened in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until dissolved and cool. Add 1/2 cup diced celery, 1/2 cup diced apple and 1 tablespoon chopped nutmeats. Pour in mold and chill.
