1 can pie mix (put in Pyrex pie plate)
Approx. 3 1/2 c. slices white loaf bread, cut in cubes (put on top of apples)
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs

Melt butter and mix with sugar. Mix this with beaten eggs. Pour over bread cubes and cook approximately 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
