CREAMY HASH BROWNS 
1 lb. hash browns, cubed style
1 can cream of chicken soup or for cheese flavor, use cheddar cheese soup
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. celery, diced
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs for topping

Microwave hash browns for 5 minutes. Combine potatoes with remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs). Place in 2 quart microwave casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Microwave on high 10 to 15 minutes. Rest 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
