HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 c. grated Cheddar
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1 cube butter

Melt all in pan over medium heat. Stir in almost full bag of cubed frozen hash browns until moist. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
