CORNED BEEF HASH BROWN 
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. cubed, boiled potatoes
3/4 c. half and half cream
3 tbsp. fresh parsley
2 c. cooked corned beef, chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Canned corned beef can be used.

Melt butter in double boiler, add potatoes, mix then pour in half and half cream, add chopped green onions and chopped corned beef and parsley. Stir well, do not mash potatoes. Place in pan and bake at 350 degrees until brown. Yield: 4.
