CORNED BEEF HASH 
1 can corned beef
5 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. bacon drippings or oil

Peel and dice potatoes. Brown on top of stove in heavy skillet in oil. Stir occasionally. Add chopped onion, stir. Put lid on top and cook on medium fire until potatoes test done, stirring occasionally. Add corned beef. Cover and heat. Serves 5 to 6. Good with cole slaw.
