8 or 10 potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 can corn beef

Peel and dice potatoes. Dice onion. Fry potatoes and onions together. When potatoes are done, add corn beef. Cook until corn beef is well mixed with potatoes and heated thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
