SHIRLEY'S SPUDS | |
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes with peppers 1 can green beans, drained 2 c. cubed ham Heat first 5 ingredients in microwave until cheese is melted; stir until smooth. Put potatoes, beans and ham in bowl. Pour sauce over and mix well. Pour into casserole and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
