1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped pimento
Dash pepper

Blend cream cheese with potatoes. Add egg, onion, pimento and pepper. Bake in 1 quart casserole 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve at once.
