PINEAPPLE FILLING 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. drained pineapple, crushed

Beat the butter until soft. Add the sugar gradually and beat until creamy. Blend in remaining ingredients and beat well. If too soft, add more confectioners' sugar. Apply on top and side of cake.
