PINEAPPLE FILLING 
15 oz. can pineapple, crushed
3 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix cornstarch and sugar with pineapple and cook until thick. Spread between cake layers. If desired, use with fluffy icing. Put a layer of filling and a layer of fluffy icing between cake layers.
