CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box chicken rice-a-roni
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can asparagus, reserve juice
2 c. cut-up chicken
Almonds (opt.)

Prepare chicken rice-a-roni according to package directions. Place in casserole dish. Put asparagus over rice and sprinkle the cheese over the asparagus. Place the chicken over the asparagus. Combine the soup with 1/2 cup of the asparagus juice and pour over the top of the casserole. Top with almonds, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
