ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. water
1 c. bread crumbs (Progresso Italian style)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive oil
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (or use homemade)

Combine all ingredients except spaghetti sauce and olive oil. Form meatballs to your liking. Brown meatballs in olive oil, then add spaghetti sauce. For added flavor, add fresh garlic, basil leaves and oregano to spaghetti sauce along with 1/4 cup red wine.

Simmer 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

May be used for meatball sandwiches or over spaghetti noodles.
