CHEESECAKE DIP 
3 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. lowfat milk
2 c. Cool Whip lite
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the cheese, sugar and milk until well blended. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Store in refrigerator until ready for use. Great for dipping fresh fruit, cake cubes, cookies and making dessert petit fours.
