APPLE PANCAKE 
2 apples, peeled and sliced
4 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Saute apple slices in 4 tablespoons butter until soft. Mix sugar, flour, milk and eggs. Pour over apples and bake for 10 minutes. Melt 1/4 pound butter and pour over pancakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake 5 minutes more.

HINT: Use an iron frying pan so you can go from stove top to oven.
