CHEESED POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lg. baking potatoes, pared
4-5 cooked bacon, crumbled
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 c. cubed American cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice potatoes onto a big piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add bacon, sliced onion, and cubed cheese. Over this slice butter over all. Bring edges of foil up, leaving space for expansion of steam. Seal well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
