CHEESED POTATOES IN FOIL 
3 lg. baking potatoes, pared
Salt, to taste
Cracked or coarsely ground pepper, to taste
4 - 5 slices bacon, crisp
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. (2 c.) sharp cheese, cubed
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

Slice potatoes onto a big piece of heavy aluminum foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over. Add onion and cheese cubes. Slice butter over all. Bring edges of foil up (leave space for expansion of steam) and seal well with fold. Place on grill and cook 1 hour or with hood down 45 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
