MICROWAVE CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breast
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper
1 sm. jar mushrooms
3 oz. can French fried onion rings
8 oz. pkg. grated Jack or Swiss cheese

Melt butter and seasonings in 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish. Roll chicken to coat in butter sauce. Cover with waxed paper. Cook at high power 5 to 6 minutes. Turn chicken and top with mushrooms; cook at high power 4 minutes. Sprinkle on onion rings and cheese. Cook uncovered at high power 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve over rice. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
