CHICKEN & RICE (MICROWAVE) | |
1 1/2 c. minute rice (raw) 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 can mushrooms plus liquid 1 1/2 c. water 1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry) Stir well. Add on top 3 pound raw chicken, cut up (remove skin). Cover, cook on high power for 20-22 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Stir once during cooking time and turn all chicken pieces over after the first 11 minutes. |
