CHICKEN & RICE (MICROWAVE) 
1 1/2 c. minute rice (raw)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms plus liquid
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix (dry)

Stir well. Add on top 3 pound raw chicken, cut up (remove skin). Cover, cook on high power for 20-22 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes. Stir once during cooking time and turn all chicken pieces over after the first 11 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
