2 chicken breasts, split, skinned & boned
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. cooking wine
1/2 lg. green & red pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced

Cut up chicken breasts in pieces, arrange in casserole dish. Cut up pepper and mushrooms; arrange on top of chicken.

In a small bowl combine all other ingredients and mix. Pour over chicken mixture and cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (10) for 11-13 minutes. Serve with rice, if desired. Serves 4.
