MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (fresh or frozen)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 cans mandarin orange slices, drained
1 carton Cool Whip (med. size)
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
Vanilla wafers to line bottom of pan
Angel Flake Coconut

Line bottom of 9"x13" pan with whole vanilla wafers. Blend Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice. Pour over wafers. Place mandarin orange slices over Eagle Brand mixture. Sprinkle 2 cups crushed vanilla wafers over orange slices, sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with Angel Flake Coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
