Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

 Teresa (Arizona) says:
I make this all the time but I do it in the crock pot so I don't have to watch it, and the pork ends up so tender. I add two beef bouillon cubes dissolved in the water (1/2 cup), and a can of mushrooms. I don't fry the pork chops. I put them (5-6 of them) in the crock pot, stir the broth and soup together, pour, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. The gravy it makes is excellent on boiled or mashed potatoes. Yum!
