BREAKFAST CRUMBCAKE 
CAKE:

1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Blend all 4 ingredients for 4 minutes. Grease cookie sheet 11x15 or 11x17. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool.

CRUMBS:

4 c. flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 stick butter

Melt butter and butter; add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Let cool. Mix flour, cinnamon and both sugars. Then add liquid mixture. Crumble and put on top of cake. Bake another 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

Confectioner s sugar

Remove cake from oven and let cool, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar for topping.

HINTS: You can add grated chopped walnuts to crumb mix. Grease and flour pans. Squeeze large lumps of topping with hands. Cool cake and toppings before using confectioners sugar on top.
