MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans

Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick. Sift flour and cocoa; mix well with coconut and pecans. Mix with melted butter, then add sugar, eggs and vanilla mixture. Pour into 13 x 9 x 3 pan.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven. Immediately spread jar of marshmallow cream over the top. Let set 30 minutes, then frost.

Frosting:

1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix and spread gently over marshmallow.
