BEEF TERIYAKI MARINADE 
Boneless chuck steak
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 peeled and slashed garlic cloves

Give your meat an extra dimension with a marinade. Combine all ingredients except beef. Pour marinade over beef. Cover and refrigerate overnight or leave at room temperature for not more than 2 hours. Drain. Broil or grill.
