CHICKEN OR BEEF MARINADE 
3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tbsp. coarse black pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. salt

Mix all ingredients together and put in a large ziploc bag with 2 1/2 pounds of meat. Whole tri-tip or whole skinless chicken breasts work best). Marinate for a minimum of 1-2 days.

Note: Meat is perfect for beach barbecues.

Makes great fajitas, too. Freeze the marinated meat and take it along camping!
