REFRIGERATOR BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. boiling water
2 c. Kellogg's All Bran
1 c. Kellogg's Bran Buds
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts (optional)

Blend together sugar, eggs, oil. Blend baking soda in buttermilk, mix flour and salt, mix all together. Pour boiling water over bran and raisins, add to first mixture. Pour into greased muffin pans and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Mixture may be kept in refrigerator (before baking) for several weeks. It is important to use both kinds of bran cereal.
