STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms
1/2 c. cooked bacon or ham
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Wash mushrooms. Remove and save stems. Chop stems finely; mix with onion and microwave (covered) for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, bread crumbs, and bacon or ham. Add to hot stem mixture. Stuff into mushroom caps; mound slightly.

Place in ring on microwaveable plate. Cook 3-4 minutes on high, turning after 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
