CHOCODAMIA COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, chunks 2 (3 1/2 oz.) jars macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped In large bowl stir together all but chocolate and nuts. Beat with mixer on low until combined. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto greased large cookie sheet. Use a spatula to flatten each cookie to a 2 inch round. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light brown. Cool on sheet 1 minute. Transfer to wire rack to cool. (30-36 cookies.) |
