WHITE CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. coarsely chopped salted Macadamia nuts
1 1/4 c. golden raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl. Beat butter and sugars in large mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients.

Stir in chocolate, nuts, and raisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until pale golden. Cool on wire racks. Yield 6 dozen cookies, 90 calories each.
