CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. softened butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. white chocolate, cut in chunks
2 (3 1/2 oz.) jars Macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped

In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg, water, vanilla, soda, and salt. Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined. Stir in chopped chocolate and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Flatten each cookie with spatula before baking in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before transferring to a wire rack. Yield: 30-36 cookies.
