PIZZA MEATLOAF 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) jar or can pizza sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 lg. eggs

Reserve 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup sauce. In large bowl mix remaining cheese, sauce, ground beef, bread crumbs and eggs. Shape into 13 x 9 inch baking pan, pressing firmly. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour reserved sauce over top of loaf and bake 30 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese during last 10 minutes of time.
