MEAT-ZA-PIZZA 
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano or thyme
1 med. clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 slices Mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix only 1/4 cup of soup with all other ingredients, except cheese. Shape on pizza pan or jelly roll pan to 16 inch round with edges built up to 1/2 inch stand up rim. Spread with remaining soup.

Top with cheese and sprinkle additional oregano on top. Add any topping you like - mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, good served with mashed potatoes, too!
