PIZZA MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce with cheese - divided
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine beef, egg, crumbs, onion, salt, oregano, pepper and 1/3 cup tomato sauce with cheese. Mix well and shape flat about 10 x 12 on waxed paper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over meat, roll like jelly roll, seal edges. Place in shallow pan, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain fat, pour tomato sauce over roll and bake 15 minutes more. Also can add chopped, drained mushrooms and-or chopped ripe olives with the shredded cheese.
