PIZZA MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. each basil, pepper, garlic powder
1 egg

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese

Combine meatloaf ingredients with 1/2 cup of sauce. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Pour rest of sauce over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and grated Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes more.
