PECAN POUND CAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3 sticks of butter, cream together Add: 3 c. sugar gradually, mix well. Add: 3 c. plain flour, sifted, alternately with 6 eggs. Mix well after each addition. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. salt, mix well. Add: 1 c. pecans. Grease and flour pan. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
