ONION CHEESE MUFFINS 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. cheese, grated

Cook onions in butter until clear. Combine egg and milk and add Bisquick. Add onion and half of cheese. Stir until moist and put in muffin pan. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown at 400 degrees.
