HOMEMADE ROLLS - EASY 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
4 c. Hudson Cream Flour

Dissolve yeast in the 1/2 cup warm water. In large mixing bowl (or if you have dough beaters, beat with electric mixer) the shortening, sugar, salt and boiling water. Dissolve then add the flour and dissolved yeast. Beat until smooth, will be elastic like. Punch hole in middle. Put in oil and oil on top. Put in warm place and let rise at least 4 hours. (Best to mix about 11 p.m. and roll out about 8 a.m.) Roll out in rolls or loaves and let rise again 4 hours or so. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Butter top and remove from pan.
