EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
6 oz. pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
3 c. cut up cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. hot water or chicken broth
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place contents of vegetables/seasoning packet from stuffing mix and butter in a bowl. Add hot water; stir to partially melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs; stir gently to mix.

Mix soup and milk in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
