EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
6 oz. pkg. Stove Top chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water
12 oz. jar chicken gravy
3 c. chicken, cut up and cooked
10 oz. frozen vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves

Place contents of vegetable/seasoning packet and butter in bowl. Add water; stir to partially melt butter. Add stuffing crumbs; stir gently until water is absorbed. Pour gravy into 2 quart casserole. Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Makes 4 servings. (Microwave Stove Top stuffing may be used in place of the mix.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
